He has also considerable experience in International Commercial Arbitrations. He has handled matters across the jurisdictions of Indian High Courts including Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Gujarat, Tamil Nadu, Delhi, Andhra Pradesh.
Omkar’s practice spans a wide spectrum maritime claims (including arrest, charterparty, and cargo disputes), MSME recoveries, property and redevelopment litigation, consumer matters, arbitration, and white-collar criminal cases.
